The lamb chops and kebabs were really well-seasoned and cooked to perfection – tender and full of flavour.The hand-pulled noodles were a standout for me – perfectly chewy and some of the best I’ve had in Melbourne. The portions were generous.I also appreciated how accommodating the staff were with my peanut allergy, making sure everything was safe for me to enjoy.Overall, a solid spot for a delicious and satisfying meal. Would definitely come back!

One of the best hand-pulled noodles I’ve tasted in Australia. The lamb skewers were so tender and very tasty! Noodles portion was huge, it was enough to be shared by two persons.

Super tasty! It’s easy to pass by, and maybe like me you have a million times, but definitely worth trying out. The chicken and celery noodles were one of the most delicious hand pulled noodles I’ve ever had—and I’ve had a lot! Lovely service too. Very authentic!

Check out Master Ma Kitchen - South Yarra serving up really authentic & great value food FEATURED: Boiled Beef Dumplings [19.80] Signature Beef Noodle Soup [18.80] Shredded potato salad [7.00] Lamb ribs, cumin chilli cut & roasted peanuts [29.80] Cumin nan bread [8.00]Such a delicious hand pulled noodles perfectly chewy, broth is amazing and I find it so fascinating to see it being made in front of you. The lamb ribs are amazing too! Love that they also serve hot tea for free. Serving size were quite big, great value for sure

I don't normally leave comment but must do this time.This is THE best Xinjiang cuisine in the country. I dare to say it's probably amongst the most authentic outside of Xinjiang. Try everything, lamb, chicken, noodles, rice, yogurt, beer, try everything, you won't be disappointed.

Delicious hand pulled noodles, perfectly chewy. The lamb skewers and lamb ribs are amazing too! Terrible service. But this is where you go for great grub, not a fine dining experience.

Visited Master Ma Kitchen 馬氏蘭州拉面 a halal restaurant in South Yarra. We got there 6pm, by 6.30pm the restaurant is full. Half the restaurant looked like return customers/regulars as they were greeted warmly and helped themselves with utensils.
